How do I sign in?
Sign in with your eFaas account — the national digital ID. Tap Sign In and you will be taken to eFaas; once verified you are brought straight back. Your name, ID number and address come from eFaas automatically, so there is nothing to fill in.
How can I track my application?
Open Applications from the menu after signing in. Every application shows its status, and opening one shows a step-by-step timeline of where it is and who is handling it. You will also get a notification whenever the status changes.
How do payments work?
When a payment is due, an invoice appears under Invoices and the application shows "Payment required". Pay online through the payment gateway — once the payment is confirmed the invoice is marked paid automatically and your application continues.
My application was returned — what should I do?
A returned application needs a correction from you. Open it from Applications — the fields that need attention are highlighted, along with the staff comment explaining what to fix. Correct them and resubmit; your application keeps its reference number and returns to processing.
How do I get instant updates on Telegram?
Open Notification Preferences and link Telegram with your council's bot. After linking, time-critical updates — status changes, renewal reminders, waitlist offers — reach you instantly on Telegram as well as in the portal.
Can I apply for my child or my business?
Yes. Open Representations to add your child or register your business. After that, services that allow it will let you choose who you are applying for before you start the form.
What is the Documents section?
The Documents section keeps two things: documents the council issued to you, like permits, and attachments you uploaded before. When a form asks for a document you already uploaded, choose "Pick from Documents" instead of uploading it again — and if something like your ID card is renewed, you can update it in Documents once and reuse the new version everywhere.
